If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right under the Consumer Protection Act to return the product without giving a reason. The following conditions apply for exercising your right of withdrawal:
- The consumer has the right to notify the company within 14 days of receipt of the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.
- After the notification, the customer has 14 days to return the product to the company.
- The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging, suitable for resale.
- The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed or unless the company has sent a faulty or damaged product.
- Upon receipt of the product and verification of its condition, we will refund the purchase price for the product (excluding shipping costs) no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned product.
- Please enclose a copy of the invoice, your name, address and the bank account number to which the refund will be made.
